Joe Weir is a nationally recognized digital media sales and operations leader with demonstrated success in applying digital media technologies and data-driven sales methodologies to increasing revenues, market share, and earnings. He has 25 years in sales, sales management, digital media, ad technologies, and the implementation of operational strategies across multiple revenue channels.

He is currently Senior Vice President/Digital Media, for Cox Media Group, one of the nation's leading media companies and providers of digital marketing services, broadcast TV, radio and newspaper. Joe oversees CMGdigital with responsibility of digital sales strategy, ad technology infrastructure, product development, data management and operations.

He was nationally recognized as a "DIGITAL ALL-STAR" by Broadcast and Cable Magazine and he was named "Outstanding Young Alumnus" from his alma mater Hardin-Simmons University. He has served on multiple boards of start-ups and early stage digital companies. He is a guest speaker at national conferences as an expert on digital sales strategies, mobile, programmatic and email marketing.
